On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom. One of the bedrooms has multiple windows with fantastic south facing views. On the second floor there are 2 large attic bedrooms and a bathroom. 

House 3 is a single storey apartment adjoining the main house. It comprises a lounge/kitchen/dining room as well as a bedroom and bathroom. There is an additional room used as a dining room and underneath the house there is a large room used as a utility area and for storing garden tools. 

The property is completely enclosed by a stone wall and has a beautiful manicured garden surrounding the property on all four sides. There is ample outdoor parking as well as an orchard with fruit trees like lemon trees, grapefruit, apple trees, strawberries, oranges, peach, one or two fig trees, hazelnut trees, walnut trees, chestnut trees, and a kiwi plantation that produce around 300kg a year. There is also a barbecue area.
