This coastal house was built recently and is near the Llanes beaches. It is surrounded by trees giving the impression of total privacy and of not having neighbours. It is only 5 minutes from some of the best beaches in Asturias and the local golf course.

With 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large garage and 300m2 of useable space, it sits on 2500m2 of land. It is dressed in stone and has a well insulated roof.

The bottom part of the big garden is completely flat and was designed to accommodate a children's football pitch or a swimming pool some time in the future. The house is located in a quiet area of Lanes with large detached houses with private gardens and large trees. It is very green with plenty of wildlife. The house is located 5km from the beaches of Barro and Torimbia and 10km away is Sablon beach and the San Pedro coastal path above it. There are lots of fish restaurants including the excellent Bálamu in the heart of Llanes with fresh fish that comes in from the small port. Close by are the beaches of Cué and Tóro. Other local beaches are Andrin, Puerto Chico, San Martin, Poo, Palomino and Torimbia.

The Picos de Europa National Park is 30km away and the historic cities of Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés are an hour away. Santander airport is 90km away and there are good motorway connections to Bilbao, Burgos, León and Madrid.
