    On the Asturian Property website, I found a property in the northwest of Spain. A small track led to this dilapidated farmhouse next to a creek. It took me some time to realise that this was the place I wanted to buy. With Miriam on my side, I had the confidence to go for it. Her way of working is friendly, honest, and patient. She speaks excellent Spanish and English, which really helps if you don’t speak (much) Spanish yourself. She knows the right people with the right expertise, and has fantastic properties on her website. Our farmhouse wasn’t listed anywhere else. Without the website of Asturian Property, I would never have found this special place. She supported me really well throughout the purchase and everything that came with it.     When we decided to sell our property in Asturias, we contacted Miriam to offer it internationally. We made sure she had all the information, but later on we added videos and she had no problems including them to her website. She never had problems listening to our points of view and accommodating the information on her web accordingly. She was always there, straight forward and keeping us abreast on any interested parties. Once she found a buyer, she was very efficient and methodical. Always in contact, keeping both parties updated on the process. Buying a house in Spain, with its archaic laws, can be a minefield for the unwary. But she made sure the buyers knew everything there was to know about the property. I was quite impressed about the level of care shown.
