Among its many features it boasts an original cheese dairy now incorporated as one of the lounge areas, suitable to develop as a restaurant of your own mark.

The nearby municipal capital town of Caso is within walking distance as are the local swimming pools via a level footpath. Schools and other amenities are all on hand here.

Of note is the distinct character of this part of Asturias with its own denomination cheese from the local Casín cattle, traditional crafts still practised by a local population of welcoming folk. This area is well-developed in the ethos and practise of organic and ecological living in a business oriented environment.

Scarcely an hour from the spectacular unspoilt coast of Asturias, the principal city of Oviedo and other urban amenities, it's possible to enjoy all aspects of living in the centre of this beautiful region which is rich in culture and history.
