When we decided to sell our property in Asturias, we contacted Miriam to offer it internationally. We made sure she had all the information, but later on we added videos and she had no problems including them to her website. She never had problems listening to our points of view and accommodating the information on her web accordingly. She was always there, straight forward and keeping us abreast on any interested parties. Once she found a buyer, she was very efficient and methodical. Always in contact, keeping both parties updated on the process. Buying a house in Spain, with its archaic laws, can be a minefield for the unwary. But she made sure the buyers knew everything there was to know about the property. I was quite impressed about the level of care shown. The buyers - we keep in touch - are delighted in their new surroundings and relaxed knowing everything has been done properly.

Miriam has been an absolute star throughout the whole process.
